School workshops

A series of bespoke workshops for any age-group, designed to fit in with the school curriculum.
We offer half-day bespoke Mindful Meerkat workshops, specially designed for schools, to fit in with the curriculum or staff induction days.

We will tailor the session to your class or group, often tying in a theme that students have been studying, or addressing social or mental health issues that have arisen at school. Whether you want to dip into mindfulness with your students, address mental health issues, or work on team-building skills, Jo can create a workshop that works for you.

We have described a few previous workshops below, so that you get a feel for what Mindful Meerkat can offer, but please get in touch to discuss how we can create a mindfulness workshop for you.
