Within this informative online session, you will:
  • Find out more about the principles of mindfulness, the techniques and how it works.
  • Try out some simple exercises and guided practice with Jo.
  • Come away with tips on how to use mindfulness in your daily life to de-stress and find balance.
  • Ask questions and discuss your experiences of Mindfulness with the group, within an informal Q&A.

This taster session will give you an idea of where you might like to go next with your mindful and wellbeing journey. Mindful Meerkat offers a selection of programmes focusing on mindfulness for adults and children if you would like to dive deeper.

How much does the Mindfulness Taster Session cost?
This online session costs just £10. Spaces are limited to 15 people per workshop, but Jo runs this programme on a regular basis, so please use the button below to register your interest if you can't make the current scheduled session, and we will post more dates soon.
