Find out more about mindfulness for parents, practice some easy exercises with Jo, ask questions and discuss your experiences with the group.
This is a great overview of mindfulness and how you can use the techniques when parenting. Find out more about how mindfulness can create calm within the chaos; how it can help you to find space and time to think and take decisions within difficult or fraught situations; and how it can alleviate stress and anxiety.

Within this informative online session, you will:
  • Find out more about the principles of mindfulness, the techniques and how it works.
  • Try out some simple exercises and guided practice with Jo.
  • Come away with tips on how to use mindfulness in your daily life as a parent to de-stress and find calm within the storm.
  • Informal Q&A about ideas and mindful activities all the family can do together.
