Meet Jo

And find out how mindfulness can build confidence, resilience and self-esteem
Meet Jo...
I participated in a mindfulness course in 2013 and being a teacher at the time found it an incredible resource in my workplace as well as in the classroom. After introducing Mindfulness into my life I saw an almost instant reduction in my stress levels. I then started to introduce elements of it into the classroom and seeing the children respond with such enthusiasm made me want to make the leap to become a full time mindfulness teacher to adults and children.

As adults and as children we often get caught up in past events, or worry about things yet to happen, all the while missing out on the joys of the everyday. Mindfulness teaches us to live in the present, enabling us to become more resilient, less stressed, more self-aware and ultimately more in control of the direction we wish our lives to take. I offer mindfulness courses for organisations and schools, ranging from workshops to longer more substantial courses.
