Mindfulness Taster Session: Find out more about mindfulness; how it can create calm within the chaos, reshape thought patterns and help you take control of your life. Practice some easy exercises with Jo, ask questions and discuss your experiences with the group.
Peace for Parents Taster: Find out more about how mindfulness can help with parenting: how it can create calm, help you to find space and time to think, and how it can alleviate stress and anxiety. Practice easy exercises and discuss mindfulness and parenting with the group.
Mindful Chocolate Eating Workshop: A half-day workshop to introduce you to mindfulness, with a guided practice and advice on how to apply mindfulness to your daily life, as well as discussion regarding consumption.
Finding Peace in a Frantic World: A six week course based on the bestselling book by Mark Williams and Danny Penman that will teach you to live in the present, become more resilient, less stressed, more self-aware and ultimately more in control of the direction you wish your life to take.

Relax Kids: A playful, activity based course for 3-8 year olds that teaches relaxation, mindful moments and self-awareness
Paws b: A scientific approach relating brain processes to emotions resulting in six practices that 8-11 year olds can use in their daily lives.
