I use mindfulness to build confidence, resilience and self-esteem; an approach I offer to adults and children. I use my experience and knowledge to help people to navigate a constantly changing and pressurised world. We often get caught up in past events, or worry about things yet to happen, all the while missing out on the joys of the everyday. Mindfulness teaches us to live in the present, enabling us to become more resilient, less stressed, more self-aware and ultimately more in control of the direction we wish our lives to take. I offer mindfulness courses for organisations and schools, ranging from workshops to longer more substantial courses.
