Adult Mindfulness: A hall or classroom with enough chairs for those attending, and adequate space for everyone to lie down comfortably.

Answer:
Children: The clothes they are wearing on the day are fine.
Adults: Loose comfortable clothing.

Do any props need to be provided?
Answer:
Children: No, cushions and blankets are provided when appropriate.
Adults: Yoga mats and blankets are provided. If you wish to bring your own please do.

How many attendees per class?
Answer:
Relax Kids: 10 to 12 children depending on age.
Paws b: The usual class group with teacher in attendance.
Youth Mindfulness: The usual class group with teacher in attendance. If it's a club, 10 to 15 children.
Adults: Between 6 and 12 per course.

Would you suggest teachers attend too?
Answer:
Yes, we highly recommend that the children's teacher attend the Paws b or Youth Mindfulness courses in order to be able to apply some of the techniques in class.

Do these classes count as therapy?
Answer:
No. Mindfulness has therapeutic benefits such as teaching children to relax and manage their emotions but it is not therapy.
